Gnjilane Region : Explosions in K-Albanian and K-Serbian homes. Minor injuries. Prizren Region : Grenade attack against K-Albanian home. No injuries reported. Pec Region : Two K-Albanian businesses the target of grenade attacks. No injuries. Mitrovica Region: K-Albanian female raped by K-Albanian male. PRISTINA Region =============== :: GRENADE ATTACK / EXPLOSION :: * Pristina - 11/02 - 0110 hrs. An unknown suspect threw a hand grenade in the yard of a K-Albanian residence. No damage or injuries were reported. * Pristina - 11/02 - 1910 hrs. A grenade explosion occurred on a public street near UNMIK Police Station #4. No damage or injuries were reported. RAPE Glogovac Town - 11/02 - 1600 hrs. A known K-Albanian male raped a K-Albanian female. The suspect was detained. A search of his residence resulted in the seizure of a handgun and a rifle. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. FATAL TRAFFIC ACCIDENT Pristina - 11/02 - 1910 hrs. One person was killed and six others were injured in a two-car traffic accident. The injured persons were transported to Pristina Hospital for treatment of injuries. The ethnicity of the deceased and the injured persons were not reported. GNJILANE Region =============== :: EXPLOSION :: * Vitina Town - 11/02 - 2020 hrs. An unknown type explosion occurred at the home of a K-Albanian male resulting in slight injuries to his son who was taken to hospital for treatment. KFOR EOD responded to the scene. Investigation continuing. * Parallovo Village, Gnjilane - 11/02 - 1830 hrs. A bomb explosion extensively damaged an unoccupied K-Serbian house. No physical injuries were reported. ARSON Cernica Village, Gnjilane - 11/02 - 1430 hrs. Unknown suspect(s) set a K-Serbian house on fire. The owner of the house managed to put out the fire before it could cause major damage. No physical injuries were reported. COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY Kacanik Town - 10/02 - 1830 hrs. A Macedonian male was arrested after he was reported to have attempted to use a counterfeit 1000DM note. THREATS * Gnjilane - 10/02 - 1900 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested after threatening a K-Albanian female and her family. No physical injuries were reported. * Gnjilane - 10/02 - 2200 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested after breaking furniture in his father's house and threatening to throw his father off the balcony. No physical injuries were reported. THEFT Vitina Town - 11/02 - 1300 hrs. Two K-Albanian males were arrested for theft of construction materials belonging to a Croatian male. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE * Urosevac Town - 11/02 - 0005 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested after he was found driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated with alcohol. * Urosevac Town - 11/02 - 0230 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested after he was found driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated with alcohol. * Urosevac Town - 10/02 - 0345 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested after he was found driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated with alcohol. PRIZREN Region ============== :: GRENADE ATTACK :: Suva Reka Town - 11/02 - 2215 hrs. Two unknown suspects driving in a passenger car threw two hand grenades at a K-Albanian male's residence. Just one of them exploded causing only minor property damage. KFOR EOD was notified and attended the scene. No physical injuries were reported. THEFT Malisevo Town - 10/02 - 1030 hrs. Four K-Albanian males were arrested for theft of a transformer belonging to Electro Kosovo Company. CHILD ABUSE Prizren - 10/02 - 1750 hrs. A K-Albanian male left his three children at a motel, after saying that he was going to Bosnia to look for his wife. The children were reportedly found in poor condition and were taken to hospital. Investigation continuing. PEC Region ========== :: GRENADE ATTACK :: * Dakovica Town - 10/02 - 2300 hrs. An unknown suspect threw a hand grenade on the roof of a K-Albanian male's house. The explosion caused only minor property damage. * Brekovac Village, Dakovica - 11/02 - 0505 hrs. Unknown suspect(s) threw two hand grenades in front of a K-Albanian business. Just one exploded causing damage to the windows of the establishment. No physical injuries were reported. ARMED ASSAULT Gorazevac Town, Pec - 11/02 - 1730 hrs. Two unknown male suspects shoot at three K-Serbian males while they were taking sand from their private property near a river. No physical injuries were reported. ROBBERY Pec - 10/02 - 2000 hrs. Two unknown male suspects took forcibly a purse from a K-Albanian female as she walked home. The suspects fled in a motor vehicle. No physical injuries were reported. THREATS/INTIMIDATION Dakovica Town - 11/02 - 0020 hrs. UNMIK Police arrested five K-Albanian males after they had threatened to kill a KPS Officer (gender and ethnicity unknown) when they find him off duty. No physical injuries were reported. BURGLARY Pec - 10/02 - 2200 hrs. Three K-Albanian males were arrested after a UNMIK Police patrol found them inside a vehicle removing the stereo, in addition to forcibly entering another vehicle. MITROVICA Region ================ :: RAPE :: Mitrovica South - 11/02 - 2200 hrs. A known K-Albanian male forcibly took a K-Albanian female against her will to his house in the area of Vucitrn and raped her several times. No additional injuries were reported. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. The suspect was arrested. THEFT Vucitrn Town - 11/02. UNMIK Police arrested a K-Albanian male after he stole a tractor. ILLEGAL SALE OF ALCOHOL Vucitrn Town - 11/02. A K-Albanian male was arrested after UNMIK Police found him selling alcoholic beverages in a tavern after legal hours. DISORDERLY CONDUCT Vucitrn Town - 11/02. UNMIK Police arrested four K-Albanian males who were fighting with each other in the street. No physical injuries were reported. DEAD BODY FOUND Mitrovica North - 10/02 - 1655 hrs. A K-Serbian male reported that he had found the dead body of another K-Serbian male in an apartment. Preliminary investigation revealed the death to be of natural causes. BORDER Police ============= PRISTINA AIRPORT ---------------- FALSE DOCUMENTS 10/02. Six K-Albanians attempted to pass through the airport with false documents, which were seized. DENERAL JANKOVIC ---------------- FALSE DOCUMENTS 10/02. Two K-Albanians attempted to cross the border with false passports, which were seized. GLOBOCICA --------- STOLEN PASSPORTS 10/02.
