Mitrovica Region <> Two K-Albanian males shot outside local shop. Victims hospitalized. >>>>>> REGION PRISTINA >>> CRIMINAL INCIDENTS ASSAULT Kosovo Polje - 25/02 - 1450 hrs. Two K-Albanian males knocked a K-Serb female to the ground and repeatedly attacked her until she became unconscious. She was taken to the hospital in serious condition and required surgery. Investigation continuing. >>>>>> REGION GNJILANE >>> CRIMINAL INCIDENTS ASSAULT Vrbovac Village, Vitina - 24/02 - 2200hrs. A K-Serbian male reported that a K-Albanian male assaulted him. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL NARCOTICS Gnjilane, 25/02. A K-Albanian male was arrested after it was determined that he was involved in distributing heroin. >>> OTHER INCIDENTS/EVENTS TRAFFIC ACCIDENT <> Gnjilane, - 23/02 - 2325 hrs. A K-Albanian male pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle, which then fled the scene. The suspect (ethnicity and gender not reported) was later arrested. No information was received as to the extent of injuries. <> Gnjilane, - 24/02 - 1530 hrs. Two vehicles operated by K-Albanian males were involved in an accident. Two persons were injured. No information was received as to the extent of the injuries. >>>>>> REGION PRIZREN >>> CRIMINAL INCIDENTS ARMED ROBBERY <> Caraluka Village, Malishevo - 24/02 - 2100 hrs. A K-Albanian male reported that three armed suspects robbed him. Investigation continuing. <> Orahovac Town - 25/02 - 1930 hrs. A K-Albanian male employed as a guard at a plastic factory reported that five to seven masked and armed suspects bound him and a colleague with rope. The victim was able to escape and proceeded to the police station. It is unknown at the time of report if anything was taken. No injuries were reported. Investigation continuing. >>> OTHER INCIDENTS/EVENTS ACCIDENTAL DEATH Shkoze Village, Prizren - 25/02 - 0930 hrs. A K-Albanian male child was electrocuted while he was having a bath. No foul play is suspected. TRAFFIC ACCIDENT Korisha Village, Prizren - 24/02 - 2030 hrs. There was a traffic accident involving a KFOR vehicle and a civilian vehicle. Unknown suspects shot two K-Albanian males shortly after they left a teashop. The victims were taken to hospital. One pistol with four rounds of ammunition was recovered from the scene. Investigation continuing. ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF WEAPON (Case # 2001 BD 418) Mihaliq Village, Vucitrn - 24/02 - 2335 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested after a pistol with nine rounds of ammunition was found in his motor vehicle. BURGLARY Mitrovica South - 25/02 - 1215 hrs. Five K-Albanian juveniles were caught with 200 meters of copper wire, which they had apparently stolen from the battery factory. >>>>>> BORDER POLICE <> PRISTINA AIRPORT FALSE PASSPORTS 24/02.
