Gnjilane Region : K-Serb female abducted by two K-Serb males, then released. Prizren Region : K-Albanian male arrested for threatening KPS officer. Pec Region : K-Albanian male robbed of cash by armed suspects. Mitrovica Region: K-Serbs threatened a K-Albanian male. PRISTINA Region =============== :: ATTEMPTED MURDER :: Dobratin Village, Podujevo - 16/01 - 1705 hrs. A K-Albanian male was shot and wounded in the right leg by a known K-Albanian male. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. No arrests were reported yet. GNJILANE Region =============== :: REPORTED ABDUCTION :: Urosevac Town - 16/01 - 1215 hrs. A K-Serb female reported being abducted by two known K-Serb males. The victim said that the suspects promised to transport her to Kosovo Polje to visit relatives but instead brought her to Dubrava village. The suspects assaulted her inside the car and afterwards threw her out of the car. She was later found by a KFOR unit. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. THEFT Gnjilane - 16/01 - 1330 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police for theft from a computer shop owned by a K-Albanian male. PRIZREN Region ============== :: THREATS / INTIMIDATION :: * Prizren - 15/01 - 2345 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police after he threatened a KPS officer for taking legal action against a friend of him. * Prizren - 15/01 - 2330 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police for threatening to kill his father in law. ASSAULT Prizren - 15/01 - 1617 hrs. Two K-Albanian males were arrested by UNMIK Police after they attacked another K-Albanian male with a knife. No injuries were reported. DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL Prizren - 15/01 - 2010 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police after he was found to have been driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. PEC Region ========== :: ARMED ROBBERY :: Dobrusha Village, Istok - 10/01 - 1830 hrs. Two unknown male suspects armed with a machine gun entered forcibly the residence of a K-Albanian male and robbed him of an undetermined amount of cash. SMUGGLING Klina Town - 13/01 - 1015 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police when he was found in possession of approximately 5000 cartons of cigarettes without customs documentation. MITROVICA Region ================ :: THREATS / INTIMIDATION :: * Mitrovica North - 16/01 - 1530 hrs. Three unknown K-Serbs threatened to kill a K-Albanian and burn down his house. The suspects beat on the door of the residence with metal bars causing damage to its frame. No injuries were reported. * Leposavic Town - 16/01 - 0600 hrs. A mentally ill K-Serb male was arrested by UNMIK Police after he threatened to kill his family. The suspect was taken to the psychiatric hospital. ARSON Zubin Potok Town - 16/01 - 1145 hrs. A K-Serb male reported that unknown person(s) burned his haystack, which was located near a K-Albanian village. CRIMINAL DAMAGE Zubin Potok Town - 16/01 - 0945 hrs. A K-Serb male restaurant owner reported that a known K-Serb male broke a window at the restaurant. No arrests were reported. BORDER Police ============= PRISTINA AIRPORT ---------------- FALSE PASSPORT 15/01. Eight K-Albanians attempted to pass through the airport by presenting false passports, which were seized.
