Gnjilane Region : K-Albanian male arrested after threats to kill UNMIK Police patrol. Prizren Region : K-Albanian male arrested after threats to kill police language assistant. Pec Region : K-Albanian male shot by K-Albanian male. Leg injury reported. Mitrovica Region: Grenade/shooting attack by K-Serb in K-Serb café. No injuries reported. PRISTINA Region =============== :: RAPE :: Obilic Village, Kosovo Polje - 24/01 - 0100 hrs. A K-Roma male raped a K-Roma female at a refugee camp. UNMIK Police arrested the suspect. No additional injuries were reported. ASSAULT Pristina - 25/01 - 2130 hrs. A K-Albanian male was seriously injured in a domestic fight of 2 K-Albanian males against another 2 K-Albanian males. The victim was transported to Pristina hospital and released after treatment. Another person involved in the fight sustained minor injuries. UNMIK Police arrested two suspects. GNJILANE Region =============== :: THREATS/INTIMIDATION :: Kacanik Town - 24/01 - 1630 hrs. A K-Albanian male, who was questioned in connection with an alleged vehicle theft, threatened to kill the UNMIK Police officers. The suspect was arrested. NARCOTICS TRAFFICKING Gnjilane - 25/01 - 1900 hrs. UNMIK Police arrested a K-Albanian male after an investigation revealed that he was involved in the sale and distribution of illegal narcotics. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL Gnjilane - 24/01 - 2330 hrs. UNMIK Police arrested a Bulgarian female after she was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. PRIZREN Region ============== :: THREATS/INTIMIDATION :: Prizren - 25/01 - 1030 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police when he became aggressive and threatened a K-Albanian female interpreter at the Police station. No injuries were reported. THEFT Prizren - 24/01 - 2300 hrs. Unknown person(s) stole a generator from the corridor of a British National's residence. PEC Region ========== :: SHOOTING :: Dakovica Town - 25/01 - 0230 hrs. A K-Albanian male was shot once in the leg by another K-Albanian male member during a dispute. The suspect fled the scene and is still at large. The victim was treated at a local hospital for his injuries. ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF WEAPONS * Klina Town - 23/01 - 2015 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police after a search of his residence revealed a pistol and ammunition. * Sverhe Village, Klina - 23/01 - 2105 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police after a search of his home revealed two rifles and ammunition. * Zalucane Village, Klina - 24/01 - 1730 hrs. UNMIK Police while on patrol heard what appeared to be a shot. Further investigation revealed a K-Albanian male in possession of an assault rifle. The suspect was arrested. * Zalucane Village, Klina - 24/01 - 1845 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police after a search of his residence revealed a rifle, pistol and ammunition. * Leskovac Village, Klina - 24/01 - 2300 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police after a search of his vehicle revealed a rifle and ammunition. BURGLARY Klina Town - 24/01 - 2245 hrs. UNMIK Police arrested two K-Albanian males after they were observed carrying items taken in a burglary. The items were returned to the owners. THREATS/INTIMIDATION Pec - 24/01 - 1610 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested by UNMIK Police after threatening to kill an UNMIK Police Officer who had issued him traffic citations on an earlier date. UXO FOUND * Upper Luka, Decani - 25/01 - 0645 hrs. A K-Albanian male located five unexploded rockets near a roadway. KFOR EOD disposed of the items. * Streoc Village, Decani - 25/01 - 0300 hrs. A K-Albanian male found two unexploded hand grenades in his garden. KFOR EOD disposed of the items. MITROVICA Region ================ :: GRENADE ATTACK/SHOOTING :: Zvecan Town - 25/01 - 2345 hrs. A known K-Serb male entered a K-Serb owned coffee bar and started shooting in the air with an assault rifle. After exhausting his ammunition he threw a grenade. The explosion caused only minor property damage; no injuries were reported. The occupants of the café managed to overcome the offender. During the struggle the suspect sustained minor injuries. UNMIK Police arrested the suspect and transported to hospital for treatment. The motive for the attack was not reported yet. THREATS/INTIMIDATION Mitrovica South - 24/01 - 0930 hrs. A K-Albanian male reported that another unknown K-Albanian male armed with a pistol threatened him over a traffic dispute. Other witnesses reported they also saw the suspect driving with gun in his hand. No injuries were reported. ILLEGAL POSSESSON OF WEAPON Vucitrn Town - 25/01 - 0230 hrs. UNMIK Police arrested a K-Albanian male after he was found in possession of an electric stun gun. BORDER Police ============= GENERAL JANKOVIC ---------------- FALSE PASSPORT 24/01. One K-Albanian attempted to cross the border with a false passport, which was seized. CAFA PRUSHIT ------------ ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSING 24/01.
