Pec Region : K-Albanian male shot in the leg and arm. Victim in serious condition. Mitrovica Region: K-Albanian male arrested for hit and run accident. Minor injuries. =============== PRISTINA Region =============== ::ARMED ROBBERY:: Pristina - 19/03 - 1930 hrs. Unknown persons armed with pistols in two vehicles blocked a vehicle driven by two international employees of the 'Kuwait Relief Committee' and robbed them of cash, mobile phone and other personal items. One shot was fired during the incident. No physical injuries were reported. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. ::RAPE:: Lukare Village, Pristina - 18/03 - 2030 hrs. Two known K-Albanian males reportedly raped a 17-year-old K-Albanian female. The victim was taken to hospital for treatment. No arrests were reported. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. =============== GNJILANE Region =============== ::ABDUCTION:: Urosevac Town - 19/03 - 1900 hrs. UNMIK Police arrested a K-Albanian male after he abducted two K-Albanian females. He offered them a ride in his vehicle but later refused to let them exit. The victims managed to free themselves and summon help. Minor physical injuries were reported. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. UXO INJURY Ljukar Village, Likove Macedonia - 18/03 - 1400 hrs. An Albanian male was brought to the Gnjilane Hospital for treatment of an injury he sustained to his left foot. The victim was apparently working in his garden when a grenade exploded. No further information given. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. ============== PRIZREN Region ============== ::THREATENING BEHAVIOR:: Belobrod Village, Dragash - 19/03 - 1555 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested for threatening behavior towards a KPS officer during a traffic stop. No physical injuries were reported. ASSAULT Prizren Town - 19/03 - 1000 hrs. An unknown K-Albanian male beat another K-Albanian male who sustained minor injuries. ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSING * Brod Village, Dragash - 18/03 - 2200 hrs. Three Albanian males were arrested for illegal border crossing. * Prevalac Village, Prizren - 18/03 - 1520 hrs. Two Macedonian Albanians were arrested for illegal border crossing. ========== PEC Region ========== ::SHOOTING:: Dakovica Town - 19/03 - 1300 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested after the rifle he was cleaning at home discharged, striking his father in the leg and arm. The victim is listed in serious condition at a local hospital. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF WEAPONS * Dakovica Town - 18/03 - 1500 hrs. UNMIK Police responding to a reported shooting conducted a house search that resulted in the seizure of an assault rifle and ammunition. The K-Albanian male owner of the house was arrested. * Babajbokes Village, Dakovica - 19/03 - 0635 hrs. UNMIK Police arrested a K-Albanian male after he was found in possession of ammunition. ASSAULT Pec - 18/03 - 1730 hrs. Two known K-Albanian males assaulted another K-Albanian male who sustained minor injuries. No arrests were reported. BURGLARY Pistoka Village, Pec - 19/03 - 2305 hrs. An off duty KPS Officer arrested one of three K-Albanian males who were breaking into to a local shop. ================ MITROVICA Region ================ ::TRAFFIC ACCIDENT:: Mitrovica South - 19/03 - 0038 hrs. A K-Albanian male struck two K-Albanian children and failed to stop and render first aid. The suspect was identified and arrested. Both victims were transported to a local hospital. One child was released after treatment; the second was transported to Pristina hospital due to its serious injuries. No further information given. ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF WEAPON Mitrovica South - 18/03 - 0010 hrs. Three K-Albanian male adults and one juvenile were detained after they were found in possession of a pistol during a traffic stop. Two of them including the juvenile were immediately released after processing. ============= BORDER Police ============= PRISTINA AIRPORT ---------------- FALSE PASSPORTS * 18/03. Four K-Albanians attempted to exit Kosovo using false Yugoslavian passports, which were seized. Exit was denied. * 17/03. Eight K-Albanians attempted to enter Kosovo using false Yugoslavian passports, which were seized. * 18/03. A K-Albanian attempted to exit Kosovo using a false Swiss permit of stay, which was seized. Exit was denied. * 18/03. A K-Albanian was found in possession of a false Yugoslavian drivers license during a traffic stop. The document was seized. VRBNICA ------- FALSE DOCUMENT 18/03. One Albanian attempted to cross the border using a false Yugoslavian drivers license, which was seized. ALTERED PASSPORT 18/03. One K-Albanian and one Albanian attempted to cross the border using altered passports, which were seized. CAFA PRUSHIT ------------ FALSE DOCUMENTS 18/03.
