Unknown persons broke into the Offices of the Egyptian Red Crescent organization and damaged office property. No items were reported stolen. A mentally ill eighteen-year-old K-Albanian male set fire to a house and tree. No injuries were reported. Investigation continuing. <> Vrapqik Village, Gnjilane - 24/03 - 1900 hrs. A K-Albanian male reported that unknown person(s) set his corncrib on fire. No injuries were reported. Investigation continuing. <> Urosevac Town - 25/03 - 1430 hrs. A wooden shed belonging to the Brown and Root company was totally destroyed by fire. No injuries were reported. Investigation continuing. <> Vrbovac Village, Vitina - 25/03 - 1015 hrs. A KFOR vehicle was involved in an accident with a civilian vehicle. No injuries were reported. Investigation continuing. <> Gnjilane - 25/03 - 1015 hrs. A vehicle driven by a K-Albanian male was involved in a head on collision with another vehicle. Three persons were injured. Gender and ethnicity were not reported. Investigation continuing. FOUND UXO <> Dramnjak Village, Urosevac - 25/03 - 1050 hrs. Three juveniles (gender and ethnicity not reported) located an anti-personnel mine. KFOR safely disposed of the device. <> Urosevac Town - 25/03 - 1145 hrs. A K-Albanian male reported finding a grenade. KFOR safely disposed of the device. <> Urosevac Town - 25/03 - 1630 hrs. A K-Albanian male reported finding a rocket-propelled grenade near his residence. KFOR safely disposed of the device. >>>>>> REGION PRIZREN >>> CRIMINAL INCIDENTS ARSON Orahovac Town - 24/03 - 2315 hrs. An unoccupied, unknown owner residence in the Serb quarter was set on fire by unknown suspect(s). The fire was extinguished. No injuries were reported and there was minor damage to the property. Investigation continuing. THEFT Malishevo Town - 25/03 - 2000 hrs. Three persons (ethnicity unknown) were arrested after they were caught stealing concrete pillars from a local company. DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL Prizren - 25/03 - 0100 hrs. A K-Albanian male was arrested after he was found driving while intoxicated on alcohol. >>> OTHER INCIDENTS/EVENTS MEMORIAL CEREMONY <> Bela Crkva and Celina Village - 25/03 - Time not reported. Approximately 2000 persons attended two peaceful gatherings in memory of those who died during the war. <> Prizren - 25/03 - 1200 hrs. Approximately 500 persons attended a "TMK" organized ceremony in memory of those who died during the war. >>>>>> REGION PEC >>> CRIMINAL INCIDENTS ASSAULT Dakovica Town - 24/03 - 1300 hrs. UNMIK Police arrested a K-Albanian male after he assaulted another K-Albanian male with an iron pipe. The victim sustained minor injuries. SMUGGLING Pec - 24/03 - 0640 hrs. UNMIK Police arrested a Bosnian male after he was observed attempting to avoid a customs checkpoint while driving a truck loaded with various items. >>> OTHER INCIDENTS/EVENTS UXO FOUND <> Dakovica Town - 24/03 - 1700 hrs. UNMIK Police received information regarding the sighting of a cluster bomb near a roadway. KFOR EOD responded and disposed of the device. No damage or injuries were reported. <> Papracane Village, Decani - 24/03 - 1700 hrs. A K-Albanian male reported finding an unexploded hand grenade in his farm field. KFOR EOD responded and disposed of the device. <> Junik Village, Decani - 25/03 - 1030 hrs. While on patrol, UNMIK Police located a mortar shell. KFOR EOD responded and disposed of the device. >>>>>> REGION MITROVICA >>> CRIMINAL INCIDENTS SHOOTING INCIDENT/GRIEVOUS INJURY Mitrovica South - 25/03 - 1300 hrs. A K-Albanian male was admitted to KFOR hospital with a gunshot wound. No further information available. Investigation continuing. ROBBERY Mitrovica South - 24/03 - 1700 hrs. A K-Albanian male reported that three known persons (ethnicity not reported), assaulted him and took 50 boxes of cigarettes. Minor injuries were reported. Investigation continuing. ASSAULT Mitrovica North - 24/03 - 2300 hrs. A K-Bosnian male reported that his father assaulted him and his brother. No injuries were reported. Investigation continuing. THEFT Mitrovica South - 25/03 - time not reported. Three K-Albanian males were detained after they were caught stealing material from the Battery Factory. Four K-Albanians attempted to exit while one attempted to enter Kosovo using false passports, which were seized. FALSE DOCUMENTS 24/03. Three K-Albanians attempted to exit Kosovo using false Italian permits of stay and Italian identification cards, which were seized, and exit denied. <> VRBNICA FALSE PASSPORT 24/03. Two K-Albanians attempted to cross the border into Kosovo using counterfeit Yugoslavian passports, which were seized. FALSE DOCUMENT 24/03.
